Archive note: the 2025 AeroHex-900 article lists specifications that differ from the current Heavy-Lift Hexacopter catalogue entry. Their relationship is unconfirmed; request a current configuration sheet.

Structure around the payload

The AeroHex-900 article describes a six-rotor carbon-fibre aircraft with modular payload mounting and vibration damping. Optional folding arms are discussed as a way to reduce transport volume. The engineering emphasis is a serviceable aircraft that can accommodate different mission equipment.

Lift, energy, and integration

The published architecture combines brushless motors, composite propellers, and electronic speed-controller monitoring. The source describes 6S and 12S LiPo options with hot-swappable support. It does not provide a numerical endurance figure.

A range of mission equipment

The archive discusses EO/IR gimbals, thermal and multispectral cameras, LiDAR, and custom payload modules for inspection, mapping, research, and situational awareness. These are integration options, not a statement that all equipment is included.

Configuration matters

The historical article lists 433/915 MHz telemetry and optional 4G/5G connectivity. Its payload figure is up to 10 kg, mission dependent. The current generic Heavy-Lift Hexacopter catalogue instead lists up to 5 kg. These records are kept separate; request a current configuration sheet from KapYah.
